高效电池线 High Efficiency Solar Cell Production Line
1、单晶硅电池的平均转换效率高达23%；多晶硅电池的平均转换效率高达20.8%。
The average efficiency of mono-crystalline solar cell reaches 23% and multi-crystalline reaches more than 20.8%.
2、电池片平均月度破片率低于0.05%。
Monthly average breakage rate of entire line<0.05%.
3、每条300MW晶体硅太阳能电池生产线，产能高于8000片/小时。
Each 300MW crystalline solar cell production line with throughput more than 8000pcs/h.
4、适用于156mm/158mm/166mm/230mm的硅片，硅片厚度160μm以下。
Suitable for 156mm/158mm/166mm/230mm Wafer thickness handling capability up to 160μm.
5、可以提供TOPcon和HJT的工艺”交钥匙”工程效劳。
Avaiable to provide TOPcon & HJT turnkey solution.

使用黑硅工艺，晶体硅电池转换效率提升0.3%以上。
